History:
- Installed 6-24-1999
- Station lockup due to electrical disturbance, no data 7-20-1999 through 9-2-1999.
Total rainfall was 10.87 in on 8-31-1999. Overnight electrical disturbance
locked up the station and wiped out the data in addition to blowing a portable
phone off the table and starting some drapes on fire.
- Station lockup AGAIN discovered on 9-29-1999. Additional grounding to be installed on all stations.
- collection interval 30 minutes (instead of 1 hour) from 10-7-1999 through 11-30-1999
