Current Assignment:
Ecological Roles of Insects and Pathogens in Coniferous Forests of the
Interior West
To develop new knowledge for maintaining and restoring the health of coniferous
forests in the Interior West by investigating the epidemiology and ecological
effects of dwarf mistletoes (Arceuthobium), stem rusts of pine (Cronartium),
and their interactions with various other disturbance processes and agents.
